Strategic location, the area in general was quiet near the city centre as well as restaurants. Helpful communication, friendly check-in. Excellent service, nothing to complain about. Rooms were immaculate and it had lovely beds.

It was within walking distance of rocky beach. The staff was warm, they offered NICE service. They offer quick check-in and flexible check-out option, everything went great. Fairly clean, good value, soft bed. The bathroom was excellent, could use a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

we stayed in a modern apartment, everything was so perfect. the bed was comfy and spacious. the location was extremely comfy away from the centre of leeds.

Location was IDEAL, and we had a perfect stay. There were air conditioning, a work desk and a dining area available. We loved the host & the way we were welcomed. Nearby The Wardrobe - best spot for evening drinks.
